Weather Cancellation Policy

Occasionally weather conditions can make attending our weekly meetings unsafe.

Senior Scholars will not meet in person when Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools are closed for in-person attendance due to inclement weather. 

A meeting by Zoom may be held if feasible. Members will be notified by email of any change to Meetings.
