A look at globalization since the 1970s to today and the importance of trade (and the notion of comparative advantage) in the US economy driven by multinational corporations and the TAA program to help dislocated workers.
BIOGRAPHY
Sergio Castello was born in Barcelona, Spain. At 18, he came to the US with $157, one suitcase and two tennis racquets. He earned a BBA in finance (minor in mathematics) from Freed-Hardeman University, an MBA from the University of Memphis, and a Ph.D. in international trade and finance from Colorado State University. He has been married to Lora for 35 years and have five children, Katie, Kerri (deceased), Walker, Monica, and Sofia. He enjoys playing tennis and golf and spending time in Montana.
