Dr Anita Blanchard, PhD, UNCC
Dr. Anita Blanchard is an Associate Professor of Psychological and Organization Science at UNCC. Her research interests encompass how people interact and succeed in online and in face-to-face groups. She studies the individual, group, and organizational outcomes of belonging to groups and communities. She received her B.S. and M.S. from UNC Chapel Hill and her M.A. and Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University. She writes and talks extensively on topics of human interactions in businesses and in daily life. Among other topics, she has written recently on ‘The Difficulty of Social Distancing.
